Regular inspections to all projects, repairs, or maintenance works in each development, liaising with any external parties/contractors.

Sourcing specialist contractors where necessary

Preparing detailed specifications for maintenance contracts e.g. cleaning, repairs, redecoration or landscaping.

Managing the tender process to ensure compliance with legislation, contract procurement requirements and good practice.

Meeting with contractors, residents, residents’ associations and respond to queries from clients/external agencies

Liaising with solicitor enquiries regarding sale, issuing appropriate certification and preparation of Deed of Covenants.
